Over 350 participating recruiters made over 1200 job offers during the placement drive of 2022, including 350 overseas job offers and 180 pre-placement offers. Microsoft, a major tech company, submitted almost 60 bids. The amount of offers that have been received has increased by 45%.

4. IIT Bombay

In Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay or IITB) is a renowned independent public research university and technological institute. A total of 1878 placement offers were made to the cohort, of which 1441 were accepted. There were 66 international offers from various nations in total. At least 315 recruiters took part in the first phase of the hiring process. There were 201 pre-placement offers made. The top local package this year was INR 1.8 CPA, while the biggest overseas package was INR 2.1 CPA. Out of all the offerings, there were 7 overseas packages with more than one CPA and 5 domestic packages with more than one CPA. The typical wage was INR 25 LPA.

5. IIT Kharagpur

9. BITS Pilani

In Pilani, Jhunjhunu, India, there is a private university called Birla Institute of Technology & Science. It largely focuses on advanced study and scientific and engineering research. 975 students received job offers during the 2022 placement drive, and as of now, 71.83 percent of those students have been placed. The average CTC was INR 28.99 LPA, while the maximum CTC was INR 1.33 CPA. The placement drive for 2022 featured participation from some of the biggest recruiters, including Microsoft, Walmart, Service Now, DE Shaw, and Google.
